POWER-GEN EUROPE 2007 CIERRA SU 15ª EDICIÓN EN MADRID CON 11.000 ASISTENTES

El certamen más importante de Europa dedicado al sector energético, que por primera vez se ha celebrado junto con POWERGRID Europe y Renewable Energy Europe, registra una cifra récord de visitantes

Madrid, 29 de junio de 2007 – Más de 11.000 asistentes de 90 países han asistido a la 15ª edición de POWER-GEN Europe 2007, el certamen más importante de Europa dedicado al sector energético que se ha celebrado en la Feria de Madrid del 26 al 28 de junio. Esta cifra supone una asistencia récord según PennWell Corporation, empresa organizadora del certamen.

Esta edición de POWER-GEN se ha celebrado conjuntamente con los eventos de POWERGRID Europe y Renewable Energy Europe, convirtiéndose en la cita más grande de las tres industrias energéticas básicas de producción y suministro de energía reunidas bajo el mismo techo.

“La ubicación conjunta de POWER-GEN Europe, POWERGRID Europe y Renewable Energy Europe ha sido una cita sin precedentes en la provisión de nuevas oportunidades educativas, y de desarrollo de negocios en el mercado europeo. Con una tasa de más del 100% de la recontratación del espacio de exposiciones para la cita de 2008 en Milán y la asistencia récord de este año. Co-location of POWER-GRID Europe and Renewable Energy Europe Proves Winning Combination

June 28, 2007, Madrid, Spain – PennWell Corporation announced a record final attendance number of more than 11,000 attendees from 90 countries at POWER-GEN Europe 2007, held at the Feria de Madrid, June 26-28.

Co-located with the inaugural POWER-GRID Europe and Renewable Energy Europe events, the combination resulted in the industry’s most comprehensive gathering of the three key power production and delivery industries under one roof.

“The co-location of POWER-GEN Europe, POWER-GRID Europe and Renewable Energy Europe has resulted in an unprecedented approach to providing critical educational and new business development opportunities to the European market. With an exhibition space rebooking rate of over 100% for the 2008 event in Milan, plus a record 2007 attendance, the response by both exhibitors and the market as a whole has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Mr. Glenn Ensor, Director of European Events, PennWell Corp.
